Konstanty Sliwowski has been recruiting for tech and startup companies since 2006. He is the CEO of Caissa, an executive search firm based in Berlin, Germany.

He began his career at Research Triangle Institute, where he worked on staffing solutions for government aid and reconstruction missions in Europe and the Middle East.

He established Caissa with the intent of providing clients with a more effective, quality driven and people-focused headhunting service. The firm was founded in 2009 and has successfully filled over 800 vacancies for over 120 companies in that time.

Konstanty believes in a people-first, quality-driven approach to hiring. Over the last fifteen years, he has been dedicated to elevating the impact of recruitment and hiring for much of Europe’s top scaleup businesses.
